2012 feels right for me to make a further journey into meditation.
Around 5 years ago i started yoga as a result of a sporting injury and this awakened my interest in meditation and Buddhism.
I’ve always found the benefits of meditation dramatic and a source of calm for me but ultimately i get anxious when meditating and feeling my spirit start to lift in my body, the start of autoscopy i believe.
I’m going to focus on the use of the breath ‘Anapanasati Sutta’ in my meditation practice in January to see if this get’s me past the above stage, i’ll try to put my findings on here.
